We currently have entry to mid-level openings for motivated and detail oriented individuals to join our Sales team. You will work on a Sales team supporting new business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for initiating the sales processes through cold-calling prospects and supporting the outside sales force by setting up meetings via the phone or in person. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cold calling companies, at a minimum 60 calls/day should be made with at least 4 conversations completed/day; prospect information should be entered into the Prospect Development Template and distributed to the Sales team. Support Sales team through development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and maintain Salesforce.com data. Assist with any other projects as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
Entry-level positions requires a bachelor's degree; experience working or interning within a sales department is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have the following skills: excellent written and oral communication skills; must be able to present Integrity Interactive solutions to prospects clearly and to gain enough knowledge to prepare the sales person for the follow-up conversation; must be able to process all information received from prospects to complete sales forms with accurate and detailed information; ability to be creative in cold-calling techniques to get "in the door" and develop pipelines; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel.
Mid-level positions requires a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience working in an inside or outside sales environment. Roles should demonstrate continuous success in meeting quota and/or exceeding quota; inside sales experience with Forrester, Gartner, Corporate Executive Board or Conference Board a plus. The successful candidate will have the following skills in addition to those listed above: must be adept at using information and thought-leadership pieces to identify "nose-under-tent" problems that can be solved with Integrity solutions; demonstrable experience working successfully in a fast-paced, small-team environment; ability to use selling skills and techniques to generate leads for other team members; and CRM experience required, Salesforce.com experience is preferred.

Reporting:
Will report to the Vice President of Sales and will work closely with all team members.
Location:
Waltham, Massachusetts. This position requires occasional overnight travel.
Compensation and Benefits:
