We currently have an opening for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing tactical marketing communication programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its offerings. Includes the creation of presentations, white papers, marketing collateral, advertising, websites, fact sheets, proposal templates, calling scripts and emails, trade show materials, press releases, and other promotional materials.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work directly with the Vice President of Marketing and four other Marketing Team colleagues to design, develop, and execute tactical marketing communication programs that support the Company's Sales and Relationship Management objectives.
- Assume operational responsibility for day-to-day aspects of marketing communications by working with cross-functional internal teams and appropriate decision-makers to ensure communications are delivered where needed, on time, and within budget.
- Manage the creation, development, and distribution of content and communications for publication to Integrity Interactive customers and prospects.
- Manage customer testimonial database, including references, success stories and case studies.
- Prepare presentations, speeches, and similar materials for external marketing and internal employee communications.
- Manage and reconcile marketing communication budgets.
- Work on other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum 8-10 years of experience that illustrates familiarity with a variety of marketing communications concepts, practices and procedures. Prior experience marketing legal or law-related products and services a plus.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Experience handling a wide range of promotional marketing campaigns.
- Use of extensive brand marketing or advertising experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Excellent written, editing and oral communication skills; attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while providing accurate communication materials or products.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment, with strong collaboration and management skills.
- Familiarity with needs and demands of legal and law-related customers and markets.
- Ability to adapt marketing messages and communications to global audiences and markets outside North America (including Asia and the European Union).

Reporting:
Reports to the Vice President, Marketing. Will also work closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Product Management, Technology Development, and others throughout the Company. Will be required to collaborate with and support colleagues responsible for executing Marketing & Sales programs targeted at customers and prospects headquartered in the European Union and Asia.
Location:
Waltham, Massachusetts. This position requires occasional overnight travel.
