Paul R. Basson Leads European Operations

Brussels, 18 September 2003 — Integrity Interactive has announced that Paul R. Basson will lead the company's European operations, based in Brussels, Belgium. Integrity Interactive, the leading provider of online corporate ethics and compliance training programs, recently announced the opening of its Brussels location, from where it will service customers throughout Europe.

"Paul Basson is a key addition to Integrity Interactive's management team," said Carl Nelson, president and CEO. "His diverse business background and accomplished record in executing growth strategies for emerging markets will serve Integrity well as we grow the company's European business."

Mr. Basson has more than 30 years of broad international market experience having established and managed subsidiary operations and business organizations in most major countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. Basson also brings strong strategic planning expertise to Integrity Interactive's management team.

Prior to joining Integrity Interactive, Basson was vice president of international operations for Veridiem, Inc., where he led the company's international expansion efforts. Previously he served as vice president of European operations for Sendmail, Inc., where he established European operations and created regional subsidiaries in London, Paris and Munich. Basson also served as CEO of Point Information Systems, a U.S. based CRM software company with research facilities in Dublin, Ireland and service offices in the UK, France, Germany, Singapore and Sydney, Australia.
