"Privacy for Financial Services" Added to Integrity's
Suite of Ethics and Compliance Courses

Waltham, Mass., October 30, 2003 —Integrity Interactive Corporation, a leading provider of online ethics and compliance training programs, has added "Privacy for Financial Services" and "Information & Brand Protection" to its highly regarded lineup of corporate ethics and compliance courses. The new programs are the latest in a library of courses designed to offer clients effective online training on more than 200 ethics and compliance topics.

The "Privacy for Financial Services" course is geared specifically to companies that collect personal information about their employees or their customers, and thus have a special responsibility to handle the information carefully. The course is set at the fictional company GlobeCoTM, and tells the story of an employee who divulges private employee address and telephone information to a client for marketing purposes. The course, which can be customized to incorporate a client's specific privacy policy, trains users on the appropriate steps to take in protecting the privacy of employees and customers, and explains the ramifications to people's careers, financial security and reputations.

In its "Information & Brand Protection" course, Integrity Interactive provides training on a variety of email and Internet usage issues. The course, which is also set at the fictional company GlobeCo, offers real-life scenarios regarding the inappropriate use of email, unacceptable use of the Internet and improper security while telecommuting, to illustrate how a company's confidential information and brand can be jeopardized.
