Integrity Expects continued growth and expansion of its ethics and compliance program offerings

Waltham, MassAugust 25, 2003 Integrity Interactive Corporation, a leading provider of online ethics and compliance training programs, has reported record financial results with revenue in the second quarter of 2003 more than double of that in the second quarter of 2002.The company also announced that the second quarter of 2003 was the company's seventh consecutive profitable quarter.
New customers signed during the second quarter included more than 15 major corporations. In many of these cases, the companies selected Integrity Interactive only after a meticulous review of several providers. When asked the reason for their choices, several pointed to a strong preference from both their in-house attorneys and employees for Integrity's approach.
As evidence of strong customer commitment, Integrity's existing customers have continued to renew and expand their contracts in record numbers. Strong growth was seen among customers who initially deployed to just a few thousand users, and chose to expand their efforts to new and larger employee segments. Integrity also saw customers electing to increase the number of courses they are using with their employees, thus expanding their breadth of training to meet important new ethics and compliance initiatives.
When asked about the strong results, Integrity's President Carl Nelson, said, "We're quite proud of the strong growth that the company has seen in the first half of 2003. These results can be attributed to the hard work of our entire staff. Integrity Interactive is working very hard to bring best practice ethics and compliance solutions to the market, and the positive response that we have received from our customers is a direct result of our efforts."
Integrity Interactive expects to continue its strong growth throughout the second half of 2003. "There is still work to be done," said Russell Gee, Integrity Interactive's vice president of business development. "We see plenty of growth opportunity in the second half of 2003 and expect to capitalize on the increased demand for high quality ethics and compliance training services."
During the second quarter of 2003, Integrity also relocated its corporate headquarters to larger office space in Waltham, Massachusetts, to accommodate the continued increase in staff to keep up with the business' growth over the past year. Integrity now provides comprehensive online ethics and compliance training to more than 100 clients, and has more than doubled its workforce since the second quarter of 2002.
