Sales Team Overview:
Integrity Interactive is looking for dynamic, seasoned sales leader to join and lead the Company's North American New Business Sales team. Integrity Interactive is the leader in the market for technology-powered ethics and compliance risk management services. The market ($500 million today) is still in its formative stages and is expected to grow to $3 billion within the next five years. This is not a situation where Integrity's products are in search of a market, but rather a situation where the programmatic solutions offered by the Company meet a real and growing need that is increasingly a customer priority. This creates enormous upside potential for the Vice President of Sales who has the right new business development leadership skills, and desire to creatively and aggressively attack the opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for leading new business development activity for new accounts through developing and leading sales strategy, revenue planning and forecasting, territory planning, lead generating, managing pipeline, developing accounts and sales compensation systems.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead inside and outside sales efforts in North America to target and penetrate new business opportunities resulting in significant revenue growth;
- Implement sales processes and methodologies to develop sales team skills so each member is capable of managing the full sales lifecycle through closure; delegate significant responsibilities to team members and provide appropriate level of direction and support;
- Participate as a member of Senior Management and help lead the Company's growth.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years relevant experience within a services or solutions company with roles demonstrating increased responsibilities and growth in leadership skills. Must have excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills; must be highly organized with great attention to detail; and be self-motivated with the ability to recruit, develop and lead a high caliber sales team.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- A proven track record of success:
- opening and penetrating major enterprise accounts;
- selling to executive and technical C-level decision makers, plus the ability to negotiate significant deals ($1M+);
- growing a business with a consultative solutions sales model, where utilizing a prospect questioning process has been a key factor for success.
- Possess a high energy, results-oriented attitude that commands respect and credibility with internal employees and external clients; well-versed in representing the Company to senior executives in major accounts, high-level prospects and partners, etc.
- Coach and inspire a high performance team; gain respect and trust of employees at all level within the Company.
- Lead and work successfully as part of a multi-functional sales team; possess an open, team-oriented operating style that effectively forges close working relationships with key managers in a collaborative environment throughout the Company.

Reporting:
Will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with all members of the Senior Management team and others throughout the Company to ensure the Sales team success.
Location:
Waltham, Massachusetts. This position will require approximately 40%+ overnight travel.
Compensation and Benefits:
